We are proud to present Chef Pedro "Jhun" Dineros Jr., who brings over 30 years of international culinary experience to our restaurant. With an impressive background that includes 12 years at Dubai JW Marriott Hotel and Sharjah Grand Hotel, 10 years at Montreal's Aeroport Marriott Hotel, and 9 years at Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, Chef Jhun’s expertise is unmatched.

A graduate of Pearson Culinary School in Montreal, Canada, Chef Jhun excelled in professional cooking and was awarded the Bronze medal in the local culinary Olympics, such as "IRON CHEF." He masterfully blends vibrant Asian flavors into every dish, creating unique recipes that ensure a memorable dining experience.

In addition to his culinary prowess, Chef Jhun is also the proud owner of PA ORD ZAPPVER ASIAN FUSION CUISINE. Our restaurant offers more than just exceptional food; we provide a complete entertainment experience. Enjoy our karaoke nights and pair your meal with a selection of In-house wine.
